It's all about the MUD!!!!

On the 15th of April we went to Castaic lower lake to watch the annual mud run! My sister in law Christian and her twin sister Angela ran the coarse. When we first pulled up there were SO many cars and it looked like a total mess.....parking was a nightmare, but Kadance had a great time looking out the window watching the first wave of runners crawl, run and jump! Once we parked we had to walk a good distance to get to the start and finish lines. We meet Seth's older brother Cooper and his kids, Ash and Charley at the finish line. I kept telling Seth that I wanted to do it next year....it looked like so much fun and yes the people at the end were very very very muddy lol!!

Days of Easter Fun!!!

Our Easter celebration started on April 1st at a friends Egg hunt for all the little ones! This was Kadance's first time seein the Easter bunny and was not interested in looking up for any pictures. Before the egg hunt they had all the kids line up on the edge of the grass and counted one two three and then GO....well Kadance really didn't know what this all ment, but when the other kids started running she did and was giggling and smiling from ear to ear! After a few minutes she understood what all the excitement was about and was looking for eggs right and left. (with a little help from Papa and Mama)

The Saturday before Easter April 7th we had Adam and Sam over for tacos, egg dying, egg hunt (just for Kadance) and cake pop making! Kadance had so much fun.....she kept looking at me like, "this is so much fun mama!!!"

 On Easter morning Kadance wasn't too happy when I got her up for Church, since she decided it was a great idea to stay up till 12 am with Mama, Papa, Uncle Adam and Sam while we finished the cake pops. After church we had Kadance go look for her Easter basket (I think her favorite was the Nemo bath toy) We then headed down to Malibu to celebrate with fiends and family!
